The Ukungu region lies to the northeast on the coast of Lake Ngao. It is an area of coastal villages that speak the same or similar dialects. The language of Ukungu is closely related to that of Ushindi. The vocabulary is very similar, but the pronunciations are often different. The central village of the Ukungu region is Nyundo. When you enter a village in this area, you always enter on the right. This leaves your side open toward another's blade and thus shows your peaceful intentions. Here in the wilds of the Jungles of Schendi, Lies a Village That is Ruled by the Askari Leader, Blair and is called Ukungu..
The beauty of the Village and the Jungle is deceptive as it is wild and dangerous. Within it you will find different kinds of wild creatures and Wild tribes that have lived here for many moons. The Village is secluded so not easy to happen upon by strangers. Strangers are met by the Askari, Guards who guard the village and are fierce and loyal to their Leader. Once they find out what the strangers intentions of coming to the Village are, they are either taken along the right path to the Village and the Leader of the Tribe, or they are killed.. The Location of the village is a secret only known by valued members of the Village...
The Jungles are known for the Fierce Warriors Talunas and Panthers that Roam and also the deadly Mambas that live there. Deep in the jungles you might also find Pygmies, though small, very dangerous also..
The Village is a Trading Village that Relies on their Hunting skills to Survive and the trading of skins and other things that are found amongst the jungles, such as Medicine Plants to Trade with Others as Money has No use in a place as this but Trading of goods is their life blood. .

Be WARNED Mamba inhabit this forest. They hunt along the perimeters of the village, always searching, so be careful, and tread lightly. Make your way quickly to the village, or risk bearing their wrath. Free Women, you are entering the jungle at your own RISK, and must be escorted (npc escort in tags is ok) And You will need to R/P Your Escorts. As a Fw you would not be traveling through the jungles alone and must rp their way to the village and beware that the Askari or Mamba that R/P here will find You. If Found by the Askari You will be escorted to the Village and to the Chieftain But be AWARE that if Captured By the Mamba You will NOT be safe as Will be taken By Them into the Jungles Depths.. so be Aware of the RISKS.You face And that You will be watched From the Ehn You Enter the Jungles All Entering the Village will RP there way in via valid role play You wouldn’t just appear in the Village nor find the Village just by Magic.

Free Men Are welcome here to Trade and rest If You bring a Free Women or slave with You then You are responsible for Their actions. You do not have to disarm upon entering the Village but Must respect the Home and its rules and the Leaders Word is Final on all things.
Free Women must be escorted (npc escort in tags is ok) as a Fw would not be traveling through the jungles alone and must rp there way to the village they wouldn’t happen on it the Askari would find them escort them in if They Deem it so.
Black Caste: All representing this Caste may enter wearing a mark, but make Your way to the Village via valid RP seek allowance from the Chief of the Village for You to hunt. NO EXCEPTIONS!!. . Failure to comply will result in an invalid r/p.
Panthers/Talunas/Mambas: May Visit the Village for Trade and will be Welcomed As long as You show the Village and its Members Respect. Treat the Home as You would Expect to be Treated...Or RISK Your life easy as that if You cant Accept that Do Not Enter!!!
Uncollared slaves Will be force collared Enter the Jungles you RISK your neck .
Collared slaves will be Caged and the Home Informed if arriving without their Owner as no slave travels alone on Gor the only exception to this Rule is the Homes that have a safe Travel Trade Treaty with Ukungu
1. The Chiefs Word is LAW ..On Everything Disputes to be Scripted and Turned over to the Village Chief. Don't like that, then don't enter!!
2. All of The Home Are to Practice Their Caste and To Help within the Home to build and Make it a Home that is Honorable and to Show Pride in Their Home at All times.
3.The ~O~ is NOT recognized here. You did not pick and choose your Home in the books, you will NOT in the Village.
4.Yellow Sashed Messengers only with Proper Name .or Your Message will not be Accepted and will be Turned Away until You use the right Way.
5.Messanger's. Allow Me to make this very clear, MSN, yahoo, ICQ and whatever else is out there now or may come along in the future is NOT Gor. Nothing, Yes, I said nothing, on them will be brought into the Home, period. If you still think you can try this, be prepared to be booted and possibly banned. The drama and the bullshit WILL be left at the door. This is a GOREAN ROLEPLAY ROOM FOR ADULTS, Not a kindergarten class.
6. Lets try another new concept here, when you decide to come and visit My Home, kindly take a name, a real name. Anything other then a true Gorean name will be ignored and booted that goes for anon or dots, or any other. We do not play nice nor so we give warnings. You will be booted as soon as you enter the room.
7. There is NO OOC in the room, period. If you are not in the same area as someone, do NOT greet them or say bye to them. All it serves to do is interrupt the role-play. If you are not in the same area as someone, you can NOT see what they are doing and adjust your role-play to match. Lets keep it realistic here.
8. Only the Chief of the Village may hand out home tags, any Free of the Village may issue Guest tags. Said Guest must seek out the Chief within 48 hours of receiving the guest tags and state their intentions within the Village. You will wear the Guest tags for two hands and be active in the Home during that time. After the two hands you may approach the Chief if your desire is still to join the Home.
Gor was not fair: Gor was not just. Honor and Mastering slaves is what drives Gor. Men are not boyfriends or husbands. They are Masters and Free Companions.....HUGE difference. slaves are NOT submissive, slaves are SLAVES, there is a difference!! The Difference is a submissive has a Choice in what happens and has a Safe word to fall back on a slave does not have that luxury a slave has no rights or opinion... Know this difference and all will be well while you stay within the Village. Remember the word for Stranger and Enemy is the same among Goreans!
